To contribute to the development, design and implementation of internal payroll processes and procedures.Maintain Vista’s payroll records and the production of monthly and year end payroll reconciliations as well as assistance with general finance administrative duties.Reporting to the Finance Controller your primary objectives will be: Time management is a key aspect of this role and the ability to work to deadlines to provide timely & accurate payroll data for processing is essential. This will involve working with our external payroll bureau and building relationships with our managers and employees. As a Payroll Accounts Assistant you will report to the Finance Controller for the processing of monthly payroll for circa 20+ members of staff.
